Should any ShedRain umbrella fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will happily replace it and will cover the cost of shipping it to you (USA and Canada only). This Lifetime Warranty has been our promise for 3 generations and is the best umbrella warranty available (does not apply to rainwear or masks).
The warranty applies only when the umbrella is used under normal conditions for the purpose for which the umbrella is designed and does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage related to misuse, alterations, accident, improper care or if the umbrella is lost or stolen.
If we no longer make the style or color/print you have, we will do everything we can to send a replacement that is as close in size, function and color/print as possible.
You have 2 options to receive warranty service:
OPTION 1 > Ship us the umbrella. Per our original warranty (often found stapled under the canopy), ship your umbrella to Shedrain and we will repair or replace it and return to you. You cover the freight to our facility and we cover the freight to your home.

OPTION 2 > Fill out the form below and provide required items, including proof of purchase (POP). If you do not have a POP, the other option is to ship the umbrella to us for repair or replacement per OPTION 1 above.
