Please check your order carefully and thoroughly before submitting. Orders are processed for shipment immediately upon receipt. We are not able to change or cancel your order once you submit it on our website.
- CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS?

We currently ship only within the US and are not able to ship orders to international destinations.

When your order ships, we will confirm your shipment by sending you a shipment confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided with your order. Your shipment confirmation will include detailed order tracking information to allow you to check on the status of your shipment.
- ARE SHEDRAIN PRODUCTS MADE IN THE USA?

For several decades all our products were made in the USA. Unfortunately, the process of making umbrellas is very labor intensive and to keep our prices competitive we needed to move production overseas.
